Trip to Colorado May 2008

Mark and I took a vacation to South Carolina (a separate post below) and then, instead of flying back to Minneapolis/St. Paul, we flew to Denver, CO and spent some days with Mark's brother Jay, his wife Shelli, & daughter Emma. We then drove back to Wisconsin with Mark's parents (Fritz & Judy). Here's some pictures of our visit in Colorado.

The table is turned....Mark usually gets Sky/Mak/Emma's ears....but Emma is getting Uncle Mark's ears here. Too cute....and I think Mark likes it!

Fritz & Jay built a sandbox (with a lid that closes) for Emma to play in.
Brent & Liz (Shelli's brother & sister-in-law) brought over Ladder Golf to play at Jay's b-day celebration. It's a fun game of tossing a rope with a golf ball on each end and trying to wrap the rope around any one of the 3 different bars to get points. The top bar is worth 3 points, middle bar worth 2 points, and lowest bar worth 1 point. Mark and Fritz were the champs for the night. They went into 4 OT's with Eustus (sp?) and Jay.

On the way back to Wisconsin, we stopped to eat at Whiskey Creek in Nebraska (Fritz & Judy are at bottom of picture). Good steaks!
